Description

Propolis (bee glue) strengthens the immune system, increases the number of red blood cells. Propolis fight viral and bacterial organisms in the body. Propolis is a resinous substance with a shimmering dark yellow to brownish-green color. Bees prepare the propolis from waxes, gums and gums that some plants emit through their bark and buds. The bees process them through their jaws, sifting it with saliva, transporting it to the hive, and polishing each surface with propolis, thus protecting it from microorganisms.

When will you dispatch my order?

We aim wherever possible to dispatch orders received before midday on the day that the order is received. This is not always possible as there are times when a mix may be in progress and products may need to settle prior to shipment. The freshness of your product is important to us. We run ‘low’ stocks to maintain maximum freshness meaning that short delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Please do not hesitate to call us if you have a specific delivery request or you are concerned and need an urgent delivery.

If you have not received your order within 3 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us on 0774 222 1118 or info@medenfarmuk.co.uk. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

 

UK Delivery Options:

Delivery methods vary depending on your preference and the overall parcel weight.

Royal Mail 24 – Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel next day including Saturdays, however this is not guaranteed and can take 1 – 2 days. This service is only available for parcels up to 2kgs.

Royal Mail 48 – Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2 – 3 working days. This service is only available for parcels up to 2kgs.

Royal Mail – NEXT DAY DELIVERY: The next day service applies to working days only. Deliveries will not be made over a weekend unless specifically requested. There are cost implications for a weekend delivery but this service can be arranged with us over the telephone. 0774 2221118.

 

International Delivery Options:

Royal Mail International Tracked – We use Royal Mail for all international order with tracking and they aim to deliver your parcel 5 – 10 working days. This service is only available for parcels up to 2kgs.

 

NOTE: Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery from us. If the goods are returned to us by the courier due to no one being available to take delivery we will charge for future delivery attempts. We are always more than happy to deliver to a work address or a friend or family member.

    Este propóleo purificado libre de ceras, es muy fácil de manipular puesto que con unas simples tijeras lo puedo cortar en trozos pequeños y hacer extractos con aceite o tinturas alcohólicas con mucha facilidad y sin tener que hacer ninguna manipulación. Lo recomiendo 100%
